This led her to start beekeeping as a hobby and turned it into a business as it became apparent that there was a strong market for locally produced pure honey. Today, Flock & Hive is a leading small-batch provider of local honey, candles, cosmetics and other bee-related products. As for the 'Flock' part of our name? We also design knitting patterns and hand-dye wool yarn - we're passionate about all things fibre arts!"
